A Systemized Approach to Financial Operations and Administration

Mosaic Litigation Capital Fund

Provides strategic management services to companies and investors looking to maximize value for their intangible assets, such as litigation rights, intellectual property rights, software, and technology.

Mosaic’s expertise is in formulating monetization strategies across a number of legal verticals (intellectual property, commercial litigation, class actions, products liability, antitrust, etc.). Its robust network of investors and legal professionals has culminated in the creation of a Litigation Capital Fund that focuses on investing in litigation matters in underserviced markets, such as Southeast Asia, where we can realize a higher payout than what is available in traditional litigation marketplaces.

Litigation Capital Fund Team

Mosaic allows law firms to stay focused on the task of winning cases, and its strategy will provide investors outsized uncorrelated returns. Mosaic’s Litigation Capital Fund Team is focused on four (4) phases of the litigation capital lifecycle, as outlined below.

01

Opportunity Origination

Through its network of law firms, Mosaic will identify cases with the highest potential likelihood of success for entering into Litigation Funding Agreements (“LFAs”).
02

Due Diligence

Mosaic will complete its due diligence analysis within fourteen (14) days of receipt of an opportunity brief from a law firm, providing an accelerated timeline for a potential litigation funding commitment.
03

LFA Implementation

Mosaic plans to put forth a term sheet within five (5) days Due Diligence is completed, and expedite the final LFA.
04

Case Management

Mosaic continuously monitors the case to ensure that its investment criteria are being met and report to investors on a periodic basis.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.
